SHINGLE

Shingles are most commonly used for residential buildings but can also be used in commercial settings. The segments are composed of asphalt, fiber glass, ceramic granules, and concrete. There are two different types of shingle techniques: Architectural and Three Tab.

Shingle overlay is also available as an option.

TPO

TPO (Thermalplastic Polyolefin) roofs are composed of a reflective single-ply membrane. The reflective membrane favorably causes these roofs to be energy efficient. TPO roofs are mechanically fastened or fully adhered during their installation process.

METAL

Metal roofs are comprised of individual metal pane systems made of aluminum, copper, steel, and tin. They are incredibly durable and last for 40-70 years. Furthermore, on top of their longevity, metal roofs are also energy efficient and environmentally friendly!

RUBBER

Rubber roofs consist of individual black, single-ply roofing membranes made of rubber. They are very comparable to TPO but are more cost-effective because of their lack of energy efficiency due to the absence of the reflective membrane. Similar to TPO, rubber roofs are typically mechanically fastened or fully adhered during their installation process.

SLATE

Slate roofs are composed of natural materials including concrete, rock, and clay. They are fire resistant and remarkably durable - lasting 75-150 years! Slate roofs are very similar to shingles in appearance; the difference is that they are simply made from stone instead.

PVC

  • Composed of natural materials (concrete,  rock, and clay)

  • Extremely durable and long lasting – lasts 75-150 years

  • Fire resistant

  • Looks very similar to shingles, made from stone instead

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) roofs are comprised of white, single-ply membranes. They are energy efficient and actively repel dust and dirt. During the installation process, polyester is applied between layers for reinforcement, and acrylic is added after completion for a glossy appearance. Although the membranes are typically white, they are also available in a variety of other colors as well.
